Becky and Nick Twomey are facing one of the most challenging moments a family can endure. Their youngest child, Liam, was born with a congenital heart defect and is currently in the Cardiac ICU at Dell Children's Hospital. The doctors have determined that Liam will need surgery and a month-long stay in the hospital to recover. During this time, Becky and Nick will be staying at a hotel near the hospital so they can be close to Liam, while their other children, Luke and Heidi, will join them whenever possible.

The emotional toll of watching your child go through something like this is unimaginable, and the added financial burden only makes things harder. The family is facing significant expenses for hotel stays, food, and travel, as well as medical bills that insurance may not fully cover.
