Yes, Polk's does have insurance. Yet, the damages and replacements will surpass the coverage, unfortunately.

24' cooler engulfed. That cooler built a little over a year ago housed deep freezers, kitchen prep and stock, deli/front shop items, a bounty of produce, racks on racks.

We will rebuild, it's the family way! With your support, we will be able to bounce back and come back stronger than ever - we are looking forward to continuing to serve YOU!

We are a small, family-owned produce business that has been proudly serving our community with fresh fruits, vegetables, and homemade goods. Today, we suffered a devastating setback when a fire destroyed our freezer. Without it, we’ve lost much of our stored inventory and can’t continue offering the same variety and quality our customers count on.

So many of you have reached out asking how you can help. Your prayers and kindness mean the world to us. The best way right now is through this fundraiser, which will allow us to replace our freezer, restock, and get back on our feet.
