Help Becky and Joel Rebuild After Tragic Fire

Hi, this is Lisa and Bob Koban, and we are raising funds for our dear friend Becky Hopper, who just lost her entire home, her precious dog "Tebow," and all her belongings this early morning in a total loss house fire. Becky and her adult autistic son Joel barely escaped with their lives and are in the emergency room recovering from smoke inhalation.

For those of you who know Becky, you probably already know her life, her story, her heartache, and her amazing faith and perseverance. Now more than ever, Becky needs our support both financially and in prayer.

Becky almost died a few years back from an aneurysm that required emergency open-heart surgery; then during COVID, Becky's mom and sister unfortunately passed away from the virus. Her son Nate, while away at St. Rose College, passed away from type one diabetes suddenly, and now Becky and Joel have lost everything they own.

This was Becky's first home that she was able to purchase, and unfortunately, insurance costs have been skyrocketing with inflation, and she was not able to afford insurance at this time.

Becky is the most caring, giving friend anyone could ask for, and now she really needs our support to help get back on her feet. Her home will need to be demolished as there is nothing salvageable, and she lost her beloved dog Tebow, named after football great Tim Tebow, in the fire. We would greatly appreciate any financial support you can provide for Becky and her son Joel. We love you all for your prayers and support, and we know Becky will be so very thankful.
