Help Beckett in His Fight Against LIEE

On September 19, our sweet Beckett, just 15 months old, was diagnosed with Late Infantile Epileptic Encephalopathy (LIEE)—a rare and difficult-to-treat form of epilepsy. Since that day, Beckett has already been hospitalized three times at Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson as doctors work tirelessly to find a medication regimen to help control his seizures. Unfortunately, this condition is not only hard to manage with medication but also brings other challenges, including mild to severe intellectual and motor delays.

Beckett has been a fighter since the day he was born. Arriving early, he faced breathing problems and spent the first week of his life in the NICU. Through it all, he has shown incredible strength and resilience.

His parents, Ryan and Caitlin, are doing everything in their power to give Beckett the best care and opportunities possible. But with countless doctor visits, hospital stays, medications, and the constant travel back and forth to Children’s Hospital, the financial burden continues to grow.

We have created this GoFundMe to help ease that burden. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward supporting Beckett’s care—helping with medical expenses, travel costs, and the many unforeseen challenges that come with this diagnosis.
