My name is Cheryl Clark. I’m starting this fundraiser for my cousin Becca who lives In Fairbanks, Alaska. Becca is a hard working mother of 7 children. She works from home doing live shows on What Not.

Her entire world was turned upside down and flipped over again 2 days ago. Her son Kayzen was not acting his normal spunky self, so she took him to the doctor. Imagine taking your son to the doctor for what you think is probably a virus or flu bug, only to be air lifted to Anchorage 8 hours from Fairbanks to be told he has leukemia. Cancer. Kayzen just turned 3 years old a couple of weeks ago, still a baby. The treatment for Kayzen is minimum 6 months, in Anchorage, as Fairbanks does not have a facility to treat him. This means Becca will be away 8 hours away from her other 6 children and unable to make an income. This family lives month to month and cannot sustain this crisis.

2 of Becca’s other children, age 7 and 16, have cerebral palsy, this just makes it that much worse for her to be away. Her youngest is just 1 year old, so there is a great need for the father of these 7 children to have to stay home while Becca’s with Kayzen. This means no income for him. Becca chose to work from home so she could be there for all of her kids as having 2 with cerebral palsy was not a choice for her. My heart is heavy for her and now having her 3 year old diagnosed with cancer, most of us would want to curl up in a ball and cry. But not Becca, she is so strong and a dedicated believer in her faith. I don’t know how she does it, but she has been doing this for many years. At 32 years old, life has not been too fair to her. She’s been dealt a hand that most of us will never be dealt. This is why I’m reaching out for help for this family. Money is the last thing she should be worried about, but reality is still facing her. Won’t you please donate anything that you can, as every donation adds up.
