Help Becca, USD259 Teacher, Rebuild After Devastation

On the afternoon of October 28th, a tragedy struck Becca Davison, a dedicated USD259 teacher and Executive Board Member of the United Teachers of Wichita (UTW), when her home went up in flames. Becca lived there with her mother, who is also a USD259 teacher. Together, they lost not only their beloved dogs, Rosey and Poppy, to smoke inhalation, but also every possession—from essentials to cherished keepsakes.

Now, Becca faces even more uncertainty, as insurance may not cover her losses due to her not owning the home. Becca and her mother have both given so much to their students and community, and now they need our help to rebuild.
