My beautiful daughter Becca was diagnosed with a rare type of ovarian cancer in February 2026 at the age of 21. She had to have her right ovary removed and is now going through chemotherapy. This has been an incredibly challenging time for our family, but Becca’s strength and positivity continue to inspire us every day.

Becca loves to plant herbs and vegetables in our garden, but because of her treatment she cannot spend prolonged time in the direct sunlight. To help her keep doing what she loves, I want to level out a section of our yard and put up a screen tent with small planters inside. This way, she can safely enjoy gardening and have a comfy chair to read in while enjoying the spring and summer.
