Help Beaux and family move

Hello, my name is Beaux, I am a trans man currently based out of Wyoming, a place that has given me more bad, abusive memories than good, joyful ones. I am fundraising to help me and my family: my dog Murphy and my fiance Chris, to move to the west coast for a better life. I currently have to travel out of town about 2 hours to get medical care, which is becoming a stress not only on me, but my family as well. None of us have been able to afford medical insurance for over 2 years now, and it's only by the grace of God that we haven't filed for bankruptcy.
