This is Beautiful 4yr old Willow Cluff. She brings light to this world, is an absolute joy to be around and just a big ball of fun! The last few months Willow has been battling excruciating pain in her little body that has seen her crying in agony almost every day and night. She has undergone multiple blood tests, x-rays and ultrasounds, seen a paediatrician and has been on pain killers daily with no answers as to what is going on.
On Friday 25th June Willow had an MRI which revealed a cancerous tumour near her kidney, and she was admitted to hospital straight away. Her parents Steph and James have been told that she will need to undergo chemotherapy and a biopsy to see what stage and grade the cancer is. After months of sleepless nights, tests and appointments, they are tired and have been thrust into a situation that no parent should ever find themselves in.
Steph and James are some of our closest friends; they have always been exactly what we need especially when life has been hard and painful. They are the kind of people that will never ask for help because they are always the ones helping and supporting others. We know that many of you reading this have been impacted by Steph and James in some way!! They never complain about their lives or situation, and even with this news they are confident and hopeful that Willow will overcome this!!
So we are asking for your help. Steph and James have a 2 year old boy River who needs his parents so they must tag team being with Willow. They live 45 minutes from the hospital, have everyday bills that need to be paid and unexpected costs like petrol, parking, food, plus James is wanting to take time off work to be with his family.
This is just the start of their journey, and the extent of what is needed is still unclear but it won't be an easy journey ahead. We put this gofundme together for Steph and James to support them and their absolute one of a kind precious daughter. Please help us get around this remarkable family by financially supporting them, praying for them, respecting their need for privacy and sharing this gofundme campaign.
Our deepest love and gratitude,
Chloe and Caleb Bowles
