Hello,

My name is Beatrix James. I’m a woman of transgender experience on my journey for two and a half years. I’ve been making plenty of headway in my journey over the last couple of years. I have been very uncomfortable living my truth on a daily basis since I came out. I have been very patient for the changes HRT was to make, and I’m grateful for every one of them that I did get. I’m at a point now where I’m starting to look more passable in my appearance and body. I keep running into horrible situations where people see me for the woman that I am, and as I get close, my face comes into focus and reveals I’m not a cisgender woman. I can literally see the realization on their face when my face comes into focus. It’s become a large source of my dysphoria, and I’ve begun to take steps to bring gender-affirming surgery for my face into a reality. Sadly, I’m in the midst of raising two babies, and the money for such a surgery is a pipe dream. After chasing down my provider for clear answers and ballparks of cost for the procedure, I learned it wasn’t actually that much.

This is where all of you come in.

I would like to call on any of you to help me align myself with the true self I know is me.

My goal is a realistic $4000, and I think I can get there with your help. Anything that you can throw at my cause will be appreciated for the rest of my existence.
