Help Beard Family Spread Good News in Honduras

The summer of 2024 is “Go time” for high schoolers in the Beard family. Lauren (12th), Hudson (11th), Gavin (9th), and Christopher will be heading to Honduras on a mission’s trip to spread the Good News, help with church planting efforts, food distribution, and evangelize through rural villages and in the largest city in Honduras. We will be serving and staying with locals to experience their daily world, challenges they experience, and various ministry opportunities our contacts have made known to us. That’s right! No hotels for us, just living with the people. We will be leaving on July 7th through July 14th.

If you feel that God is leading you to help send us (or if you have a favorite you can support just that one favorite) on this trip to Honduras. We would like to personally invite all to help with the financial needs for the trip. The cost of the trip is $2,600 x’s (Lauren, Hudson & Gavin) + $7,800

Lauren (17) “I just finished up my junior year and am headed to state for track! This upcoming year I will be senior in high school. I have recently discovered a new curiosity for world religions. I would love to see lost hearts find God. I am really looking forward to this trip and excited to see what God will do. Please be praying for a new boldness in my heart and eyes of compassion.”

Hudson (16) “Next year I am going to be a junior in high school and I am excited for football, summer camp, and especially this missions trip. In the past couple of years, I have come to fall in love with missions. I believe God has called me to minister the Gospel to others and this trip is finally an opportunity to do so. I would really appreciate your prayer and support as I believe that this Missions Trip is going to be life changing and I will get to see God work in my life and other peoples too.”

Gavin (15) I am so excited to let everyone know about my 1st summer missions trip this summer. I just finished 8th grade and next year I will be starting high school in a new school. I have been busy running track, learning how to drive and getting ready for this missions trip.
