Bear is my beloved dog and truly my best friend. Recently, he was in a car accident that left him with a broken leg. Because Bear has a heart murmur, the vets have made the difficult decision that his leg will need to be amputated for his safety. As someone who lives alone and works as a travel CNA, I’m struggling to cover the cost of his surgery and the aftercare he’ll need to recover.

The funds raised here will go directly toward Bear’s surgery, his aftercare, and will also help me manage my bills while I take time off work to care for him. Bear means everything to me, and it’s heartbreaking to see him in pain. Living alone makes it even harder to manage everything on my own, but I’m determined to do whatever it takes to help him heal and adjust to this new chapter.
