Help Bear Receive A Double Hip Replacement
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Madison and I am the best friend of Bear’s mom, Tiana. Tiana I has been blessed with Bear, a German Shepard Husky mix 5 years ago. He will be turning 6 in July.
His condition came on so suddenly, his parents and loved ones were unprepared. Less than a month ago he was active, running, jumping and playing. In January they noticed symptoms coming up. He very quickly became unable to hold himself up. His back legs just completely giving out. Bear was taken into the vet as soon as possible, where they biopsied a blood tumor and did an X-ray to see how his condition has progressed. As fast as it came, the vets came back with devastating news. Bear is in the need of a double hip replacement. He will need extensive testing, rehab, and life long medical care from here on out.
I have been Bear’s God mother since he came into Tiana’s life. He is so loyal, loving and a kind and humble boy. Her life would be so different without Bear coming into it. It is hard to imagine life without him. It is especially difficult because it has come on SO fast. The rapid progression of something that they were completely unaware of is heartbreaking.
Tiana is a frontline healthcare worker. She is a PCA and works full-time and is also a full-time student, soon to be in nursing school. She is one of the hardest working, most loving and dedicated people I know. She would literally give you the shirt off her back, and many times has. If anybody deserves help it is Tiana. Anybody who knows her in real life knows how kind she is and she is a truly gentle soul. She has worked restlessly through this pandemic and I would regret not mentioning this. She is SUCH a hard worker, a lover and a fighter. Bear has such a great mom ♥️
I am hoping to relieve some financial pain with this Go Fund Me. The family of Bear includes his little dog sis Riley June, his best cat friend Gigi, his momma Tiana and dad Troy.
