Beamer is Justine's heart horse, her first Morgan.
He is a six year old gelding who has given his trust to his rider and showed her the joys of riding in our foothills.
As anyone who has had a horse colic knows it can be a frightening, heart wrenching, and expensive event with no guarantees.
Justine is a recent graduate, just starting a new job, and she is committed to getting Beamer the best care.
On Thursday, Beamer started to colic and was treated at home, and on Saturday she moved him to Burwash for treatment. Her costs are currently over $4,000.00.
