At 41 years old, Bea was recently diagnosed with invasive lobular breast cancer. What began as a normal season of life quickly turned into surgery appointments, testing, and difficult decisions.
Her cancer is hormone-positive and HER2-negative — a profile that gives us real hope — but it still requires a mastectomy scheduled for March 10 in Guadalajara,Mexico.
Although she is being treated through a public hospital, there are still significant out-of-pocket costs we must cover, including:
• Surgical and hospital expenses
• Sentinel lymph node biopsy and specialized contrast dye
• Pre-operative testing
• Medications and post-operative care
• Required genetic testing (approximately $600–$900 USD), recommended because of her young age. These results are important not only for her long-term cancer risk but also for surgical and future treatment decisions.
• Post-surgical compression garments
• Reconstruction implants in six months ($1,500 each / $3,000 total), not including surgical fees
We are setting an initial goal of $5,000 to help ease the financial burden so Bea can focus fully on healing.
This is not just about surgery — it is about restoring health, stability, and dignity during an unexpected and deeply challenging time.
If you feel led to support or share this page, we are truly grateful. Every gesture — financial or prayerful — means more than we can express.
Thank you for standing with us.
