Help Baz and Shaz get home

Hi everyone, I am setting up a this page to help Mum and Dad. A little back story 5 years ago Dad was diagnosed with esophageal cancer where he did chemo and radiation, it had been 3 years from diagnosis til he got the all clear, only to find out three months later he has bile duct cancer where he underwent a 12 hour operation to remove the cancer, followed by 6 weeks of intense radiation and 6 months chemo. It’s now 15 months since his surgery and two months ago he was told he was in remission.

Mum and Dad flew to the Gold Coast for his dream to play in the Australian Open Lawn Bowls Competition. He played at Broadbeach unfortunately not winning but had the time of his life and enjoyed every moment of it.

mum and dad where returning home when he suffered a major heart attack at Brisbane airport. He was rushed to Royal Brisbane hospital and in icu on life support for 6 days. Where he underwent further testing and received some devastating news.

Dad’s heart and lungs are completely damaged they are saying it’s unrepairable.

Our mission is to get him home to Perth where he will be comfortable.
