Help Baylee and Jesse Rebuild After Burglary

I’m making this gofundme for my daughter Baylee and her husband Jesse. Baylee and Jesse are both small business owners in Charlestown, Indiana. Baylee is a floral designer and wedding coordinator and Jesse works as a contractor. They’re hard workers and love that their work brings smiles to people’s faces. They recently celebrated their 5 year wedding anniversary. On January 28, 2025 they came home after a long day of work to find that their home had been burglarized. They found that their dressers had been emptied, Baylee’s clothes torn from her closet as the burglars looked for valuables. Jesse’s office was tossed. Jesse had recently received a cash payment that was stolen before he was able to get it to the bank. They lost their iPad, laptop, a rare guitar that Jesse had received as an anniversary gift from a dear friend, a bottle of Johnny Walker blue that a dear friend had given to Jesse on his wedding day. Since that day Jesse has used that bottle to celebrate big events and marked each day as such on it. They took Baylee’s jewelry, some of which she received from each of her Grandmothers. They are simply devastated by this horrific and very personal violation. As a mom, I just want to do what I can to try to bring them some comfort and help them recover. All in all they’ve lost close to $15,000 in cash and property. Insurance is not covering the majority of their loss which was cash from a job, and what they are covering is based on depreciated value, instead of replacement cost. Anything you’re able to do will be appreciated beyond measure.
