Help Batwa children go to school!

My name is Ryan Park and I'm an organizer who lives in Los Angeles, California. I'm making this fundraiser for Mbereyinka Bernard who works with an organization called Kisoro Concern for Marginalized Peoples (KCOMPO, link: https://kcompo.org/). He works with the indigenous Batwa Pygmy peoples who, besides being the first peoples of central Africa, are extremely discriminated against in their home country from both neighboring ethnic groups and the government of the countries they live in. The Batwa used to be hunter-gatherers who lived in the tropical forests but, after being kicked out of their last forest home in 1991, they have since lived as homeless beggars with little to no assistance. KCOMPO helps out the Batwa in Kisoro district in southern Uganda with crucial needs such as providing food, clothing and education for Batwa children. Particularly with their education, KCOMPO needs assistance to build two new classrooms at the Virunga Massif Community School (which has recently been partly damaged by a hail storm as shown in the first picture) which will provide for 70 Batwa children. The total cost will amount to $1500 for the first semester which will start next month. KCOMPO is one of the few groups providing free education for the Batwa. Which is why this fundraiser is made to cover this cost. Please do give any amount for the future generation of the Batwa peoples.
