Our sweet 7-year-old Chihuahua, Batman, needs your help. We rescued Batman 6 years ago, and since then he has been the brightest, most loyal little soul in our family. Recently, Batman was diagnosed with severe tracheal collapse, a condition that has rapidly taken away the simple joys of his daily life.

To keep his airway open and help him breathe safely, Batman urgently needs a tracheal stent placed. Without this procedure, his condition will continue to worsen, and everyday activities will remain dangerous for him.

How This Has Affected Batman

Batman has always been a spirited, happy pup who loves going on walks, playing with his toys, and running around with his furry sister. But now, he struggles just to breathe. He can no longer go for walks, climb stairs, or play without risking a serious airway crisis. Even mild excitement can leave him gasping for air.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Earlier this year, Batman’s 8-year-old sister had to undergo ACL surgery, which we managed, but it took a toll financially. We never imagined we’d be facing another major medical crisis so soon.

The cost of Batman’s stent placement and associated care is more than we can handle alone. But with this surgery, Batman has an excellent chance of returning to a normal, comfortable life—full of walks, playful moments, and many more years of love.
