Help Basil with Stemcell

Hi, my name is Jennifer Cooper I am asking for a little help for Ms. Basil. She has severe arthritis and we want to explore stem cell treatment in hopes that it will alleviate some of her pain and give her more freedom of movement. We all love this dog very much and I want to give her the best quality of life she can have.
