With deepest sorrow, Heaven has gained an angel, our beloved Ibn Basil Basim Uqdah, who passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2025 after only 46 years on this Earth. He was a devoted husband, father to his loving wife and their two boys. Basil had a beautiful, loving, PURE soul. The most important people in his life were his wife and kids, along with his parents. His wife was his best friend, backbone and confidant. He was an amazing father and his whole life revolved around his boys. Every second he got to spend with his family, he made sure he did. That's what brought him true happiness in his life! Basil's passing has truly touched everyone's hearts. Please continue to pray for the Uqdah family as they are trying to navigate through this time of loss. Pray that God wraps his arms around his wife and 2 boys with comfort, strength, and LOVE and guides them through this difficult journey in their lives.

The family is accepting donations so that Basil's vision and legacy for his family's financial needs may continue to be met (mortgage, college tuition, etc.).
