Hello, help me heat my house and my water. I am Bart Fencl and I have had 12 straight months of challenges in life. I have been trying very hard to keep up with the challenges. I have done a ton of work on my house trying to improve it. I started a new job in June to get more consistent pay than the Doordashing I was doing prior to that. I have put a hold on fun; I only went to one concert in 2025 in an attempt to save money. I had my savings up there and then one thing after another has taken it away. So, my birthday was January 23rd and I turned 53. I am like, yeah, to a new year of my life. Then, on January 24th, on a record cold day, I come home from work to my house being cold. I look at the thermostat and nothing. I go to the lower level of my tri-level, turn on the lights, and I see water on the floor. I go to the furnace and hot water heater, and water is spraying out of my hot water heater. The water got in my furnace and took it out also. So now I have no water and no heat on a very cold day and I have way less funds than I wish I had. So my furnace is old and my hot water heater is dead; I need help. So if you can find it in your heart to help me out, I would appreciate it. I am currently going through one of the largest changes and challenges in my life and this issue seriously has already affected this.
