A few years ago after arriving in the United States, I was falsely accused of a crime I never committed: i was unfortunately involved, without fully understanding at the time, in a financial situation caused by someone I trusted. What I thought was simple help turned into a serious legal and financial burden for me. I cooperated fully with authorities, told the truth, and took responsibility for my part. Since then, I have been doing everything in my power to rebuild my life the right way.

Today, I am faced with the responsibility of restituting an amount of money connected to this situation. This restitution is required for me to fully close this chapter, restore my stability, and continue moving forward legally, professionally, and personally.
