As some of you know, my mom has struggled with diabetes for many years. Only a few years ago she was in the hospital for 7+ months and was on rehab for 3+ more. Not only were the physical damages traumatizing but she also suffers from agoraphobia/hospitals and other mental health issues.
She was in the hospital since Monday May 18th, and unfortunately we were told that they need to remove her heel. She will be undergoing two or three surgeries and the goal of this is to try and prevent her from losing her whole foot. When she comes home (God willing) she is going to have a lot of expenses due to her rehabilitation.
I wanted to start this for her so she has some sort of cushion for when she returns from this life-changing procedure. As always, love you guys and anything will be appreciated. Her daughter, Brittany
