Help Barbara Fight Lyme Disease

Lyme disease has debilitated me since 2005. Once a former Physical Therapist Assistant, college athlete & avid outdoor adventurer, I became wheelchair and bed bound after contracting bacterial meningitis in 2008. It was a progression of decline until my immune system couldn't keep the infection at bay any longer.
A year later, I was diagnosed as Center for Disease Control (CDC)-positive for Lyme disease with three co-infections (Babesia, Bartonella & Ehrlichia). Impairing me neurologically and cognitively, Lyme rendered me completely bed-bound, and vegetative at times. I needed a full-time caregiver becasue my system gave out. It's been a fight for my life. This is an invisible illness and I now must guard my energy for essential activities, as I function at about 1/4 of a normal human.
I have been treated by conventional western doctors as well as naturopathic Lyme-literate doctors with few lasting positive outcomes. Unfortunately, 90% of all treatments, including those at Lyme Mexico, are out of pocket. This is an insidious, multifaceted illness. (Consider viewing the documentary, Under Our Skin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMQC4xoAWhg)
I plan to undergo treatment at a state-of-the-art facility called Lyme Mexico which uses a variety of extraordinary protocols determined by International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) doctors. Lyme Mexico is the closest and least expensive treatment facility that offers these comprehensive protocols. Treatments and travel will be about $18k. Hyperthermia, IV infusion and other forms of treatments will allow my immune system to combat and kill the Lyme while supporting cell function enabling me to work to sustain myself without needing so much help. I have spoken with former patients who have experienced great success.
Please help as you are able.
