Greetings fellow humans!
I know that we are all enduring hardship during this stressful and scary time in our lives as we cope with the ramifications of COVID-19. As humans on this planet, we are a collective and I feel for you all. Aside from health concerns for ourselves and our loved ones, for many, that also means a loss of our income. As a small business owner for the past 12 years, Banyan Massage is my sole income. I have strived to give back to my community by donating to various organizations and individual relief causes for others, providing sliding scale and discounted private insurance treatments, and (for me) most importantly, providing a safe environment to receive relief from pain and stress, injury treatment and healthy touch - which we ALL need!
Morally, and in accordance with the recent WA state mandate, I have temporarily closed my business. Unfortunately that does not apply to my business expenses in the meantime and throughout the duration of this pandemic - which we all know will likely have massive lasting economic strain. Once deemed safe for all, I am praying to be able to reopen and keep my business afloat so that I may be able to continue to provide this essential human care.
I am humbly asking for your help now - if you are able. No amount is too small, even (and especially!) just sharing this is helpful!
