My name is Kim, one of Bannerman's Bartenders/Managers. This fundraiser is to help support our staff.

Many of our friends, family, regular customers, and supporters have reached out asking how they can help the Bannerman’s staff during this difficult time. Your concern, kind words, and support have meant so much to all of us, and we are truly grateful.
To help our team through the weeks ahead, we’ve created this fundraiser for all Bannerman’s employees. After platform fees, all donations will be divided equally among eligible staff members, including our kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
As many of you know, on June 11, just before 8 p.m., a tornado came through the intersection of Stearns Road and Route 59, causing significant damage throughout the area. The strip mall that is home to Bannerman’s and several other businesses was heavily impacted. Since then, we have remained closed, and unfortunately, we do not yet know when we will be able to reopen.
While we are thankful that everyone is safe, being unexpectedly out of work has created financial challenges for many members of our team. If you are able to donate, no matter the amount, it would help ease some of that burden and would be appreciated more than we can express.
Thank you for standing by us during this incredibly difficult time. Bannerman’s has always been more than just a workplace—it’s a family. Knowing that our community is behind us means everything.

Clarification of my fundraiser. All donations will be distributed by me to all eligible employees via. personal check from my personal banking account. I will withdraw the funds once our goal is reached or once we have re-opened. Which ever comes first. Distribution of funds will be as follows. After platform fees, the first 50% will be split evenly between all eligible employees, including servers, kitchen staff, bartenders and support staff. The remaining 50% will be split based on average hours worked per week. Employees individually will decide what to do with their funds. (i.e. Groceries, utilities, Rent/Mortgage).
