Help Bangladeshi Students Compete in Nepal for IOAA Jr. 2024

Dear Friends, BDOAA Alumni, Science Enthusiasts, and Supporters of Education,

The Bangladesh Team is ready to participate in the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA) Junior round for 2024, which is set to be held in Kathmandu, Nepal. However, they lack the necessary funds to cover travel expenses. Your donation, no matter how small, can be a beacon of hope for these talented students.

In past years, Bangladesh has achieved significant success in this competition, including winning a Bronze medal and an Honorable Mention award in IOAA 2024 held in Brazil and two silver medals and one bronze medal at the IOAA 2023 held in Poland. Despite these achievements, the team has consistently faced financial hardships. The distress they experience after excelling in the selection rounds, only to struggle with funding for the international competition, is truly disheartening.

We urgently need your support to ensure that the Bangladesh Team can participate in this prestigious event.
