It is with a heavy heart and deepest sorrow to inform you of the passing of Subhasis Banerjee, a beloved Father, Husband and a member of USBank Agile family.

He was admitted to the San Ramon Regional hospital on Nov 15th and passed away peacefully on Nov 16th, surrounded by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife and two daughters and our thoughts and prayers go with them.
