Help Bane & Harvey with Expenses After Shooting

My boys Bane & Harvey got out of my backyard 01/17/2024. They were gone for an hour when I heard two loud gun shots from the woods near my house. Six minutes after the shots my one dog Harvey returned home covered in wounds and blood without his brother. I then went looking for his brother Bane when I saw an Animal Control truck slowly driving down the street towards a truck on the side of the road. A lady was driving when she saw Bane boy dragging himself on the side of the road and called animal control. The animal control officer told me that no one called in dogs attacking anyone or any other dogs or animals, so they believe the dogs were shot unjustly and filed a police report. I know that my boys are both big pit bulls, but they are both such sweet and loving boys. Even the officer told me he was surprised out how sweet Bane boy was being for how injured he was. I took them both to the nearest emergency vet and they had to stay overnight. They both have a high amount of buck or bird shot in them and Bane boys leg fractured from the force of the shot. They are both home with us as of 01/18/2024 evening but they have a long road to recovery and have to be careful of infection and lead poison. Things tend to come at the worst times in life because a month before this we spent our entire savings on a surgery for our dog Freya. She had to have surgery for Pyometra and the cost was around $3,800 so we are in desperate need of help for the boy's bills. The animal hospital bills came out to $4,849.52 and we have to take them once a week for the next month or two to get the wounds inspected and treated and re wrapped which will cost $300 per visit due to it being both of our boys. I know that times are hard for everyone and that is why I am so grateful for any amount that anyone can spare. Even if you can't help financially, please share this post that helps a lot as well.
