Bane is the spunkiest, funniest little potato you could ever meet. He’s our sweet chunky boy, always ready to make us laugh with his antics and charm everyone he meets. Whether he’s sprinting through the dog park, making new friends on walks, or showing off his signature sploot and toot, Bane fills our lives with so much joy. His excitement when we come home—expecting to be picked up and shower us with face licks—is truly one of the best parts of every day. From epic Colorado hikes to treat stops in Hoboken, Bane has made every moment with him super special.

Recently, Bane was diagnosed with a large pituitary brain tumor. This has caused him serious balance issues and brought on Cushing’s disease as a side effect. Despite these challenges, Bane remains a strong little soldier, ready to take on his next adventure: radiation therapy. This treatment is our best hope to shrink and control the tumor, manage his symptoms, and give him more happy years with us. The costs for medical imaging, radiation, medications, and follow-up MRIs are estimated at $33,000. This amount is overwhelming, but we’re determined to do everything we can for our sweet boy.
