This morning, I found my beloved cat Bandit lethargic and barely responsive. I knew something was terribly wrong, and my grandson rushed him to the emergency vet. Bandit was in shock and in critical condition. The vet discovered he had a urinary tract blockage that needed to be removed immediately—without urgent intervention, he wouldn’t survive.

The experience was terrifying, and I felt completely helpless watching Bandit fight for his life. The veterinary team acted quickly, performing the procedure to unblock his urinary tract and stabilize him. Bandit is now hospitalized and receiving medication, but the road to recovery is just beginning. The cost of care includes tests, surgery, hospitalization, and medication. I’ve done everything I can to cover the bill, but this amount is more than I can manage on my own. While I’d do absolutely anything for Bandit, this cost has completely overwhelmed me. I didn’t have time to shop around or wait—this was a “do it now or he will die” situation.
