Help Bandit Overcome Lymphoma

Donation protected
It is with heavy hearts that we share that Bandit, our beloved 2-year-old, has been diagnosed with Dog Lymphoma Cancer. As you can imagine, we are devastated, but we are also filled with determination to give him the best chance at life. We’re doing everything in our power to act swiftly and make the most of every moment while we await his oncology appointment to learn more about the extent of the diagnosis. We know he’ll undergo x-rays and tests to determine the cancer’s stage and aggressiveness, and we’re hopeful that early detection will make a difference. His vet is optimistic because we’ve caught it in the early stages, and we’re committed to providing him with all the care and treatments available to help him fight this battle and reach remission.

We’ve been informed that chemotherapy is the most likely path forward for Bandit, with an 80-90% success rate for dogs diagnosed in the early stages. The road ahead will be challenging, and the cost is significant—around $7,000 just for the initial rounds of chemo, with additional expenses for medications and regular checkups. But we are ready to face these challenges head-on because Bandit is worth every ounce of effort. Without treatment, he may only have weeks or months to live, but with treatment, we can give him years of happy, symptom-free days. Every second we spend with Bandit is a gift, and we will do everything we can to ensure he has the best quality of life for as long as possible.

Bandit is not just a dog—he is family. He brings us joy, love, and comfort in ways words can’t express. He’s a shining light in our lives, and we want to return that love by providing him with every opportunity for healing. We’ve made the decision to sell whatever we can to raise funds for his treatment, but the reality is that we may still fall short. Lymphoma is an aggressive disease, and time is of the essence. Every moment we delay could mean a missed opportunity for treatment, which is why we’re reaching out to our community for help. Your support could make all the difference in Bandit's fight for survival.

Bandit is only 2 years old—he’s still so young, and his spirit is as strong as ever. It’s heartbreaking to see him face this challenge, but we know he’s a fighter. Life has thrown us many challenges, especially after I was diagnosed with a chronic illness last year, but we refuse to give up. The financial strain from my own health struggles has made this even more difficult, but we’re determined not to let that stop us from giving Bandit the chance he deserves.

We don’t ask for help lightly, but if you’re able to contribute in any way, even the smallest amount, we would be forever grateful. Your generosity will not only help fund his treatment but will also give us hope during this difficult time. Bandit’s life means the world to us, and we will do whatever it takes to ensure he gets the chance to live it to the fullest.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, compassion, and kindness. Bandit’s journey is far from over, and with your help, we can continue to fight alongside him.

Bandit is more than just our pet—he’s our heart, and we will fight for him with everything we have.
