Help Bambi recover from a pit bull attack

Hi, my name is Bambi

I was going on a walk with my parents (leashed) while suddenly a pit bull reached out from a gate and pulled me through. The dog bit me on my face for quite some time. My owners also got hurt in the struggle from trying to free me — they got bites, cuts and bruises on their legs and hands. Although the dog did not want to let go of me, my parents were able to save me. My medical bill for reconstructive lip surgery has been taking a financial toll. I also have bruises and lacerations on my face. We just need a little help and love to be able to get through my treatment & recovery journey.

the owner of the aggressive dog refuses to take accountability or further assist us with any information. Her dog has had previous victims and is known to be aggressive. Although we plan in attempting to take legal action our top priority is Bambi’s recovery and safety as well as our own. We have a vet bill that has been draining us financially and emotionally and we know there are more expenses and bills to come. Alex got bit on his hand and needed medical treatment as well. We appreciate any help offered. If anyone has experienced anything similar we would like the opportunity to learn about the resources available. We are also open to any legal advice available. Alex and Ashley are self employed artists and haven’t prepared for a financial emergency such as this one. Please help us heal on our recovery journey.
