Help Balu Recover

Hello my name is Andrea and I am reaching out to ask for your help in supporting Balu. Balu is a Belgian Shepherd, he recently suffered a hip fracture and needs immediate hospitalization to recover. He was found by my boyfriend and myself this past Saturday, and we think he was hit by a motorcycle.
