Help Bali Walk Without Pain: A Brave Pup’s Journey to Healing
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted animal lovers, We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hope for help. One of our beloved dogs, Bali, a sweet English Retriever from our family pack at La Pet House NY, has been diagnosed with a serious and painful condition she’s carried since birth.
After months of limping, discomfort, and visits to the vet, Bali’s radiographs revealed multiple orthopedic issues:
• A minimally displaced fracture in her left femoral neck
• Severe bilateral hip dysplasia, more advanced on the left
• Osteoarthritis in both hips, with significant muscle atrophy
• Possible avascular necrosis of the femoral head or slipped femoral capital epiphysis
• And the concern of an underlying septic arthritis that hasn’t yet been ruled out
She’s been so brave through it all, but her pain is getting worse—and now she urgently needs to see an orthopedic specialist and likely undergo surgery to give her the chance at a normal, pain-free life.
Bali is more than a pet—she’s family. She brings peace, love, and joy not only to us, but to the other dogs and people in our care. Watching her struggle to walk or play like she used to is heartbreaking.
We’ve covered all we can so far, but the costs ahead—specialist consultations, surgery, post-op care, and physical therapy—are more than we can handle alone (15.000 k) That’s why we’re humbly asking for your support. Any amount you can give, no matter how small, will make a difference in Bali’s path to healing.
If you’re not able to donate, sharing this with others who care about dogs would mean the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping our sweet Bali take her next steps—stronger, healthier, and pain-free.
With gratitude,
Luis , Carla, Africa and Bali
