Bailey has been apart of our family for 14 years, we adopted her when she was approx. 2 years old and she's been an angel of our household ever since. To be honest, I've never considered the fact that one day she wouldnt be here anymore. I was hoping we would have many more years of her impatiently chirping by her food bowl, or purring obnoxiously loud in our laps. But kidney disease had other plans, and unfortunately there's just nothing we can do about that. What we can do though is let her pass in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the humans she loves, instead of in a strange place in the hands of unfamiliar people. After the holidays, her vet bills, and the new roof my mom just paid for, paying for an in-home euthanasia just isn't in our budget at the moment, and time isn't on our side here. This is a long shot, but we're hoping to reach a goal of $350, and we can cover the remaining $150-175. I've never made one of these, and I'm fighting my pride on this because Bailey deserves to cross the rainbow bridge peacefully. If you can find it in your heart to donate, just know it means the world and then some. To all of us, Bailey especially. Thank you.
