Help Bailey! emergency dog surgery

This is our dearest Bailey.  She is an 8-month-old Toy Poodle.  Around Christmas time, Bailey was taken to the groomer and  when  I picked her up , she was paralyzed in all four legs, unable to walk on her own and  unable to stand.   She was taken to several vets who told me that there was nothing that could be done for her, and that I should euthanize her.  Seeing her enthusiasm for life and her fighting spirit  I couldn't just give up on her, she deserved a chance. I came across a therapy center for animals named Beach Animal Rehabilitation Center (BARC)  where Bailey was assessed and began receiving physical therapy and acupuncture.  The vet also recommended that I take Bailey to a veterinary neurologist, and helped arrange a consultation .  After  the neurologist at ACCESS in the South Bay examined Bailey, we were  told  that she has two vertebra in her neck that were out of place or dislocated and the best possible outcome for her condition would  be surgery to help put the vertebra back into position and stabilize her neck. With surgery, the neurologist is giving Bailey at least an 80% chance of being able to walk again.  For months she has been bed ridden, unable to play and run with her siblings, but despite it all she still loves being with her family, loves attention and loves her life.  This surgery will give her a real chance to start living life again. The cost of the surgery is $6,500 which I am unable to afford. Please help Bailey get her life back and receive a second chance.
