Our family is asking for help during one of the most difficult moments of our lives.

Bador Ripken Salvador, a 12- years-old full of life and love, was visiting Los Angeles with his family for what was supposed to be a joyful vacation. Unexpectedly, everything changed when Bador suffered a brain vessel rupture. It was sudden, frightening, and has left him in urgent need of medical care.

Right now, Bador is in the hospital fighting to recover. His parents, Jasper Etikoi Salvador and Marline Venora Salvador, and his two brothers Rodleyson and Rodriguez (Karang) are by his side, staying strong and supporting him every step of the way. But being far from home has made this situation even more challenging. Our family lives in washington, and now they must remain in California for an unknown amount of time.

The financial burden is quickly growing. Expenses include:

• Temporary housing near the hospital

• Transportation (including renting a car to travel back and forth)

• Food and daily necessities

• Medical-related cost not covered by insurance
