Hi everyone, my name is Tammy, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet 5-year-old Rottweiler, Baby.

Baby has been suffering from chronic, painful ear infections that no longer respond to medication. After several vet visits and difficult discussions, we’ve been told she urgently needs bilateral TECA surgery (Total Ear Canal Ablation) — surgery on both ears — to stop the pain and prevent her from going completely deaf.

The total cost for both procedures is approximately $8000, and as a single woman living paycheck to paycheck, I just can’t afford this surgery on my own.

Baby is my whole world. I don’t have children—she’s my family, my protector, my comfort, and my best friend. Every day, I hug her and whisper how sorry I am that she’s hurting. I can see the discomfort in her eyes, and it breaks my heart knowing she’s in pain and that I can’t fix it without help.

TECA surgery is her only chance at a pain-free life and to preserve what little hearing she has left. Without it, she will continue to suffer and eventually lose her hearing entirely.
