Update: Baby Reid is now 5 months old and has been in the hospital FIGHTING since he was born. He has a heart condition, kidney failure and had an issue with his lungs. He is on oxygen and sedated constantly to keep him comfortable. His bones have been brittle due to lack of nutrients and has an infection in his bowels. He has been on dialysis for months and couldn’t qualify for a kidney transplant. Reid’s doctors and nurses have fought for him and were able to help my sister get all of his records send to other hospitals in the country just in case anywhere else had any other options for treatments but there was nothing anyone else could do for him. A few days ago Reid was diagnosed with pneumonia and his organs were shutting down and my sister and Brad were told he only had DAYS left.. In the next few days they will be unplugging their son and taking him to be outside, for the first time, with family while everyone says their ‘see you later’s.. Nobody expects to have to plan a funeral for their baby. To spend months in a hospital and months away from home. The least I could do is update this gofundme and try to take some of the burden off of them and to ask for help and prayers from anybody that I can. There’s been so much support and prayers for the family during this entire time and everyone is so grateful. Please continue to keep Taylor, Brad and the kids in your thoughts as they make this transition.

This is such a tough time and it hurts so much to see your family have to go through this with their sweet baby while there is nothing you can do to help.
