Help Save Baby Precious Peach – Born with a Serious Heart Defect, She Urgently Needs Surgery

Baby Precious Peach Pagaran, a sweet and brave 13-month-old from South Cotabato, Philippines, was born with a rare and life-threatening congenital heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Valve Atresia and Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA). Her condition prevents enough oxygen from reaching her body, which is why her fingernails and toenails have turned purple—a heartbreaking sign that her little heart is struggling every day to keep her alive.

Doctors have confirmed that without immediate open-heart surgery, her condition will continue to worsen. She urgently needs a complex procedure that includes a Cardiac CT Angiogram and surgical repair (BTS or TOF Repair with RV to PA Conduit). The total cost for this life-saving operation is ₱1,500,000, an amount her family simply cannot afford.

Despite everything, baby Peach is still smiling, playing, and holding on with incredible strength—but time is running out. Her oxygen levels drop dangerously low, and every delay puts her life at greater risk.
