I am Paola Monsalve I am 36 years old I'm a single mom with 2 kids

Daniel is 6 years old he is in first grade

and Miguel Angel who is 1 month old.

Miguel Angel has born with a heart problem also a windpipe problem and he has no anus.

he had his first colostomy surgery when he was one week old

now we are waiting for a heart surgery and a windpipe surgery when he is at least five kilos, also he will need an anus surgery after the heart is fixed
