Help Baby Maynard!

I've been rescuing dogs for over 13 years and this is one of the more upsetting cases I've taken on. Maynard is a 5 week old Pit Bull puppy that someone threw off a balcony. Maynard is suffering from a brain injury but getting all the care he needs to survive. He has made it through the most critical hours and his future is looking hopeful!
