Crystal and Sam are having their first baby girl, Lucy. They initially kept the pregnancy private because of the medical issues they were informed of in the first trimester.

Lucy has FGR (fetal growth restriction) and oligohydramnios, which means she has very low amniotic fluid and is only in the 2nd percentile for her gestational age. Crystal's water has broken 14 weeks early, and because of these complications, the obstetrics team has ordered Crystal to stay in the hospital to be closely monitored until Lucy’s due date in February, or until she arrives early due to an emergency with her and mom's health. Regardless, Lucy will need to be in the NICU until she is stable, very likely for many months.

While Crystal has been in the hospital, Sam has been overwhelmed having to work overnights and take care of the boys during the day. The schedule and the stress have been brutal. And I know Crystal is not one to ask for help, so I’m setting up this GoFundMe because I’m sure the bills are stacking fast while Crystal cannot work from the hospital, medical bills are outrageous, and the gas for Sam to get back and forth alone is costly. Anything will help this family.
