Help Baby Lincoln's Heart Recovery

For those of you who don’t know my name is Cassandra and Alex Moorman is my best friend! In October Alex and her husband, Erich, welcomed a beautiful baby boy, Lincoln, into this world. Prior to Lincoln being born it was determined he suffered from multiple heart defects and would need surgery as an infant.

On February 24th Lincoln underwent his first open heart surgery. During his surgery it was discovered that his heart was a lot worse than originally thought. On February 27th Lincoln underwent his second heart surgery, which was successful but led to other complications. Lincoln began to suffer from blood clots in his legs and seizures, due to a brain bleed caused by medication.

It is unknown how long Lincoln will have to stay in the hospital and what the rest of his recovery will entail but he has fought so hard every step of the way! Alex and Erich are going through something no parent should have to endure and this sweet boy is fighting hard every day.
