Hello everyone,

As you all may or may not know, my daughter gave birth to a BEAUTIFUL baby boy named Liam 2 months ago. And this first time grandma is crazy in love with him.

Baby Liam was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a very rare but treatable heart condition. He had open-heart surgery at only 2 days old, and requires two more surgeries in the near future. He has constant Dr appointments at the Phoenix Children's Hospital where he is being treated by specialists. Baby Liams care is a 24 hour shift. Giselle was trained on how to care for Liam and has faced every obstacle with courage, love, and determination. There are days I know she’s exhausted, emotionally, and physically, but she keeps showing up for her baby with patience and grace. She’s not just doing her best, she’s doing more than most could ever imagine. I admire her resilience, her heart, and the fierce love she gives Liam every single day. She is a warrior, a nurturer, and one of the strongest people I know. I couldn’t be more proud to call her my daughter.
