Help baby Levi get his helmet!
Hey all. Now I know this pandemic has hit us all hard. Not seeing family and friends, work and finances not being the same, unemployment backed up. But I am asking you all for help if you are able to. Any dollar amount would help a great deal.
As most of you know my sister, Jordin, brother in law Ryan and my newest nephew are living in California. Ryan is in the Air Force and is stationed at Travis Air Force Base. Levi is only four months old. He has severe stiffness in his left side and neck and was just diagnosed with severe plagiocephaly...through no fault of the parents, this was caused at birth by the doctors and the force of the forceps used to get him out. The helmet that he needs is not covered by insurance. It would be a huge weight off their shoulders if the financial stressor of this helmet is taken care of. They will also be driving to and from Fairfield to Sacramento once a week to the cranial tech for him. Gas and parking are costly as well.
To top it off, they’re on a time crunch, they will be leaving in January for Japan for four years to start their new journey with the military.
They have all been through hell and back. Jordin was hospitalized for days right after giving birth due to an air bubble in her spine from the epidural. Causing her so much pain. She had to be away from her newborn son because of this. She also lost a lot of blood during childbirth, passed out, was given multiple blood patches and is now on different medications for a year until the air bubble subsides that has now traveled to her head.
This wonderful family needs a break, they need a win at some point.
They’re such a wonderful family, so loving and caring and have tremendous faith in God. Even though they’re still young they are some of the best parents I’ve ever seen. Always putting Levi first. Always working together as a team.
Please consider donating to my nephew and his parents. Anything would help! Thank you!
