My niece Lena has been fighting for her life since the day she was born. She arrived at just 24 weeks, and since then, she has spent every day in the hospital. Now, at 4 1/2 months old, Lena is facing heart surgery—a challenge no baby should have to endure. Her parents have been by her side as much as possible, but the hospital is over five hours from home, making every visit a journey filled with worry and hope.
