Help Baby Jocelyn Gallegos Fight For Her Life
Donation protected
I created this fundraiser on behalf of my son, Cristian Gallegos and my daughter in law, Diana Gallegos.
On May 24th Diana Gallegos was rushed to the ER with severe complications in her pregnancy. Upon arrival she had already lost a significant amount of blood and they told us she had placental abruption. Diana did not display any of the main causes of placental abruption, so cause is still unknown. The doctors were hoping to stop the premature delivery, but soon learned it wasn’t possible. Diana was rushed back to an emergency C-Section to save Baby Jocelyn. She came into this world at 25 weeks weighing only 1 pound 13 ounces and is now fighting for her life. We don’t know God’s plans or where this road will lead, we only know she will be in the NICU for the foreseeable future.
Jocelyn’s father, Cristian Gallegos is a veteran of the United States Army and is now enrolled in the Police Academy to become a Police Officer. He is also part of the National Guard. He has continuously chosen career paths that allow him to serve his country and to serve his community. He does have medical insurance that covers some of the hospital stay for Diana and some for the baby but not for months of NICU costs. They have a long road ahead of them with lots of unforeseen expenses pertaining to the hospital bills and trips back and forth to visit Baby Jocelyn.
I am asking for anyone who has the ability to help, please find it in your heart to donate, and help relieve some of this financial burden from Cristian and Diana, so that they can concentrate on Baby Jocelyn’s health. We ask that people pray and continue to pray for Cristian, Diana, Baby Jocelyn and of course Malia who is so excited to be a big sister. May God Bless You.
Big thanks to all of her prayer warriors ❤️
